Privacy Policy
Last updated November 3, 2026
Parquo is an iPhone app for flooring installers, available on the App Store worldwide. This policy explains what information Parquo handles, why, who helps us process it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have wherever you live. In short: your jobs stay on your iPhone, and the only things that leave it are the quotes you choose to send and what's needed to deliver them.
Who we are
Parquo is provided by ELCOR LLC ("Parquo", "we", "us"). For anything about privacy, including requests to use your rights, email support@getparquo.com.
- Company
- ELCOR LLC, 2107 Schley Ave, San Antonio, Texas 78210, United States
- Privacy contact
- support@getparquo.com
- Data hosting
- United States (Supabase on Amazon Web Services, Ohio)
Installers and their customers
Installers use Parquo to send quotes to their customers, usually homeowners. This policy covers both.
- Installers. We are responsible for the information we handle to run Parquo for you: the quotes you send to our servers, your payout setup and our security records.
- Customers. The installer decides which customer details to put in a quote, and why. Parquo processes them on the installer's behalf to show the quote, record a signature and take a deposit. In data protection terms, the installer is the controller of that information and Parquo is their processor. We stay responsible for our own security records and for how we run the service.
If you received a quote and have questions about how the installer uses your information, ask the installer. You can also write to us and we'll help.
No accounts
Parquo has no user accounts or logins. You don't give us a name, email address or password to use the app.
What stays on your iPhone
Room scans, floor plans, photos, product lists, prices, your company details, your customers' names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses, and your quotes are stored on your iPhone. Room scanning and the AR floor preview use the camera and LiDAR on the device; camera images aren't uploaded unless you add before and after photos to a quote you send. Follow-up reminders are scheduled on your iPhone too.
If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, the backup can include Parquo's data, under Apple's terms and your backup settings.
What we store when you send a quote
When you tap Send Quote, Parquo puts a copy of the quote on our servers so your customer can open it from a link in any browser. That copy contains:
- your company name, phone, email, license number and logo, as they appear on the quote;
- any payment link, Cash App, Venmo or Zelle details you chose to show;
- the customer's name and the job address;
- the rooms, products, patterns and areas, the line items, tax, totals and deposit, and a PDF of the quote;
- any before and after photos you added;
- if the customer already signed on your iPhone, their name, signature and the time they signed.
Customer phone numbers and email addresses aren't uploaded. Parquo only uses them to fill in your own Messages or Mail app when you send. Sharing just the PDF with the share button doesn't upload anything.
If you allow notifications, the app also sends your iPhone's push notification token, so we can tell you when a quote is opened, signed or paid.
What we record when your customer opens, signs and pays
- When the link is first opened: the time.
- When the customer signs online: the name they type, their signature, the time, their IP address and basic information about their browser (its user agent). The signing page tells customers this is recorded as proof of acceptance.
- When a deposit is paid by card: a reference to the Stripe payment, the amount and the time.
We send this status back to the installer's app.
Payments
Card deposits are processed by Stripe, through Stripe Connect.
- Installers. When you set up Get paid, Parquo asks Stripe to open an account for you, using your company email. You then give your identity, business and bank details to Stripe in Stripe's own screens inside the app. We never see your full bank or card numbers. We keep your Stripe account ID, whether it can take payments and payouts, and a short label for where payouts go, such as a bank name and the last four digits.
- Customers. You pay on Stripe's checkout page, into the installer's own Stripe account. We don't receive your card details.
Stripe handles the information you give it under Stripe's privacy policy. Card deposits are only available where Stripe supports payouts to the installer's country through Parquo.
Subscriptions
Parquo Pro is sold and billed by Apple. The app checks with Apple, on your iPhone, whether your subscription is active. We never receive your payment details. Apple handles your purchase under its own privacy policy.
Security and device integrity
Parquo uses Apple's App Attest to confirm that requests to our servers come from the genuine app on a real Apple device. This creates a key on your iPhone. Our servers keep the key's ID and public key, and use them to limit how many new quotes one install can put online each day. The key doesn't tell us who you are.
Quote links are long and random, files are stored privately and shared through links that expire after an hour, and connections use HTTPS. Anyone who has a quote's link can open that quote, so share it only with your customer. Our servers and hosting providers also keep technical logs, which can include IP addresses, to run the service and investigate errors and abuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what we hold.
No tracking, no ads
Parquo has no advertising, does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and does not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
This website and the quote page
This website and the quote page your customer opens don't use cookies, analytics or advertising. Both load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch them and Google receives your IP address. If you choose a language in this website's footer, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage; it stays on your device and isn't sent to us. Like any website, our host processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and keep them secure. Stripe's checkout page is run by Stripe under its own policy.
Why we use it, and our legal bases
Where data protection law asks us to name a legal basis, such as the GDPR in the EEA and UK, these are ours:
| Purpose | Information | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Put your quote online, show it to your customer, keep the link working, and tell you when it's opened, signed or paid | Quote contents, photos, PDF, status, push token | Performing our contract with you. For customer information, we act on the installer's instructions. |
| Record a signature as proof of acceptance | Name, signature, time, IP address, user agent | Processed for the installer, who decides what's needed |
| Set up payouts and take card deposits | Company email, Stripe account ID and status, payment reference, amount | Performing our contract with you |
| Keep Parquo secure, stop abuse and fix errors | App Attest key, technical logs, IP addresses | Our legitimate interest in a safe, working service |
| Answer support and privacy requests | Your email address and message | Our legitimate interest in helping you; legal obligation for rights requests |
| Keep records the law requires and handle legal claims | The records concerned | Legal obligation; our legitimate interest in defending claims |
We don't make decisions about anyone based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Who processes data for us
- Supabase
- Database, file storage and server functions that hold sent quotes, their files and status, and payout account records. Data is hosted in the United States (Ohio).
- Vercel
- Hosts the web page your customer opens to read, sign and pay a quote, and this website.
- Stripe
- Payout accounts for installers and card payments from customers.
- Apple
- Parquo Pro subscriptions, App Attest to verify the app, and push notifications.
- Serves the fonts on this website and on the quote page.
They process data to provide those services to us. Stripe and Apple also handle the information you give them directly under their own privacy policies. Apart from these providers, we only disclose personal information when the law requires it.
International transfers
Parquo is used worldwide, and the providers above process data in the United States and other countries. Sent quotes and their files are stored with Supabase in the United States (Ohio), so your information may be processed outside the country where you live.
When personal information from the EEA, the UK or another country with transfer rules goes to a country that isn't recognized as giving it adequate protection, we use safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum, or a provider's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where it applies. Email us for more detail or a copy of the relevant safeguards.
How long we keep it
- On your iPhone: until you delete it or delete the app.
- Sent quotes, their files, signatures and status: until you ask us to delete them, or three years after anything last happened to the quote (sent again, opened, signed or paid), whichever comes first. Until then the link keeps working and both sides can refer back to what was signed. When you send a changed quote, the files from the earlier version are deleted.
- Payout account records: until you ask us to close the account. Stripe keeps its own records as the law requires.
- App Attest records: while they're needed to verify that install. One-time security challenges expire after ten minutes.
- Support emails: as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of your request.
We may keep a record longer when the law requires it, or to resolve a dispute.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on your country, you may have more rights, set out below. Customers who received a quote through Parquo can ask too.
How to ask: email support@getparquo.com, or follow the steps on Your data. Parquo has no accounts, so include the quote link, or the quote number and company name, so we can find your information and check the request is yours. We'll respond within one month, or sooner if the law where you live requires it. We won't treat you differently for using your rights. If you're a customer, we may need to involve the installer who sent the quote, since they decide how that information is used.
EEA and UK (GDPR)
If you're in the European Economic Area, the GDPR applies. In the UK, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply.
- Controller: ELCOR LLC, 2107 Schley Ave, San Antonio, Texas 78210, United States, for installers' information and our own security records. For customer information in quotes, the installer is the controller and we're their processor.
- Representatives: if we appoint a representative in the EU or the UK, we'll name them here. Until then, write to us at support@getparquo.com and we'll answer you directly.
- Legal bases: shown in Why we use it, and our legal bases above.
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, including to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
- Complaints: you can complain to the data protection authority in the EEA country where you live or work, or where you think a problem happened. In the UK, that's the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We'd appreciate the chance to help first.
- Transfers: see International transfers.
Brazil (LGPD)
If you're in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Law No. 13,709/2018) applies. We are the controller of installers' information and the operator (processor) of customer information in quotes. We rely on these legal bases: performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, exercising rights in legal proceedings, and our legitimate interest in keeping Parquo secure.
You can ask us to confirm whether we process your data; give you access to it; correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymize, block or delete data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed unlawfully; port it to another provider; delete data processed with your consent; tell you which public and private entities we share it with; and tell you about your option to refuse consent and its consequences, and revoke consent. You can also complain to the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
To reach the person responsible for personal data (encarregado), email support@getparquo.com. Transfers outside Brazil use mechanisms the LGPD allows, such as standard contractual clauses.
Türkiye (KVKK)
If you're in Türkiye, Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) applies. The data controller is ELCOR LLC, 2107 Schley Ave, San Antonio, Texas 78210, United States.
We process personal data for the purposes in Why we use it, on these grounds in Article 5: it's necessary to set up or perform a contract, to comply with a legal obligation, to establish, exercise or protect a right, or for our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms aren't harmed. We transfer personal data abroad to the providers listed above under Article 9, for example using standard contracts.
Under Article 11 you can: learn whether your personal data is processed and ask for information about it; learn the purpose and whether it's used for that purpose; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad who receive it; ask for it to be corrected if it's incomplete or wrong, or deleted or destroyed under Article 7, and for those changes to be passed on to the third parties who received it; object to a result against you that comes solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Send your request to support@getparquo.com. We'll respond within 30 days, generally free of charge. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).
Canada (PIPEDA)
Where the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) or a similar provincial law applies, you can ask to access and correct your personal information, and withdraw consent to its use, subject to legal and contractual limits. Your information may be stored and processed outside Canada, including in the United States, where courts and authorities may be able to access it under local law. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or to your provincial privacy commissioner.
Australia (Privacy Act)
Where the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles apply to us, you can ask to access and correct the personal information we hold about you. We disclose personal information to the overseas providers listed above, which are mainly in the United States. To complain about how we've handled your information, email us first; we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
United States, including California
Some US states, including California, give residents rights over their personal information. Where those laws apply to us:
- What we collect: in the past 12 months we've collected identifiers (names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, IP addresses and push tokens), commercial information (quotes, deposits and their status), internet activity (when a quote was opened, and the browser's user agent when it was signed), audio and visual information (photos and signatures), and professional information (business names and license numbers). It comes from installers, from their customers when they sign or pay, and from Stripe.
- Why and with whom: for the purposes in Why we use it, shared only with the service providers listed above.
- No sale or sharing: we don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we haven't in the past 12 months.
- Your rights: to know and access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. You can use an authorized agent with your written permission. We'll verify requests by matching details you give us, such as the quote link.
- Appeals: if we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. If we deny your appeal, you can contact your state's attorney general.
Other countries
Many other countries have privacy laws that give you rights similar to those above. Wherever you live, you can ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of your information, and we'll handle your request as the law where you live requires. You may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.
Deleting your data
Delete jobs in the app on your iPhone. To have sent quotes removed from our servers, or to close your payout account, email support@getparquo.com. We'll delete them within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record. Your data has the details.
Children
Parquo is a business tool for adults. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under a higher age where local law sets one (in parts of the EU, up to 16). If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
